A deck built to mature the Church and to make a table of ordinary people talk about Scripture like it costs them something. It isn't finished. That's the invitation.
Knowledge
Who does Jacob wrestle with through the night, and what does he refuse to let go without?
A real card from the deck. Walk it through.
I. Knowledge · what this is
Most Bible games stop at recall. A card in marked. won't hand you an answer. It walks a table from what happened, to why it mattered, to what it's asking of the person holding it. The third question is the one people remember on the drive home.
I
What is actually on the page. Names, places, the order of events. It levels the table. The seminary student and the person who came for the snacks both start here.
II
Why the text is built the way it is. Why an injury instead of a victory. Why a foreigner in the line of David. This is where the room starts disagreeing, which is the point.
III
What it asks of you. No score, no right answer, no winner. Just the question you'd rather not answer out loud, and a table willing to wait for it.
II. Significance · why we're building it
We are building more than cardboard. We are constructing a kingdom ecosystem.
Serious study culture is thinning out. The tools that used to carry it, the shared table and the argument that runs past midnight, got replaced by a feed. We think a deck of cards is a stubbornly good way to get them back.
Every illustration in this deck is drawn by a human being who gets paid. Our model puts capital back into Christian artist environments rather than routing around them, because a generation of graphic-ministry practitioners needs real income, not exposure.
When you give your talent or your money, you are funding the tools for physical gathering and serious Scripture study. The kind that needs a table, a deck, and people who showed up in person.
III. Revelation · what it asks of you
We're pre-launch and volunteer-run. If you want to use what you're good at to bring marked. to life, there's a seat with your name on it.
Creative
Turn the deck into a gallery. Museum-quality illustrations of biblical figures, events, and artifacts.
Creative
Own the aesthetic face of the game: typesetting, rulebook layout, and the hinge-box packaging.
Research
Seminary students and grads to verify historical-theological accuracy and write the prompts themselves.
Research
Run the deck with your household, Connect Group, or youth ministry. Tell us where it drags.
Tribe
Build the community and the anticipation ahead of the crowdfunding launch. Tell the artists' stories.
Tribe
Review early prototypes and go deep on the theology behind the mechanics.
Giving stations are open. Every peso goes to paying the artists and printing the first run.
